Ingredients

2 cups frozen peaches
1 medium frozen banana
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender
  • 1 Measuring Cups & Spoons
  • 1 Serving Bowl
  • 1 Spoon

Method

  1. Add frozen peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (optional), and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until thick, smooth, and creamy. Add 1–2 tablespoons of almond milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Top with granola, fresh peach slices, blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and creamy for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use frozen peaches and a frozen banana for the creamiest texture.
  • Add almond milk gradually to avoid a runny smoothie bowl.
  • Adjust the sweetness based on the ripeness of your peaches.
  • Add toppings just before serving to keep them fresh and crunchy.
