Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the ripe mango into chunks.
  2. Add the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  5. Pour into chilled serving glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh mango cubes or mint leaves and serve immediately.

  • Frozen mango creates an extra thick and creamy smoothie.
