Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh kale stems removed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
