Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries Hulled
  • 3/4 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Whey or Plant-Based
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional
  • 1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 Slices Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 leaves Fresh Mint

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Measure all the ingredients and prepare the blender.
  2. Pour the almond milk into the blender, then add the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.
  4. Add the strawberries, ice cubes, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  5. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy
  6. Taste the smoothie. Add more almond milk if it's too thick or more sweetener if desired.
  7. Pour into a chilled serving glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

  • Use frozen strawberries for a thicker, creamier smoothie.
  • Adjust the almond milk to achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Use ripe strawberries for the best natural sweetness.
