  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender
  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Measuring Spoon
  • 1 Serving Glass
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board

Method

  1. Wash the blueberries if using fresh berries.
  2. Add blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie and blend again.
  5. Pour into a chilled serving glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen blueberries create a thicker smoothie.
  • Skip the honey for a lower-sugar option.
  • Add one scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein.
  • Adjust almond milk to achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Best enjoyed immediately after blending.
